Client Copyright

As a customer you receive full ownership of your new web site's copyright once we have received final payment for our services. Original materials provided by yourself retain your copyright regardless and it is understood that Webukdesign is working with such materials under your permission.

Refund policy

If you can show that you are unsatisfied with the work you have received we are happy to provide a refund. A condition of this however is that you give us appropriate time to fix the issue.

Privacy Policy

We keep all information about our clients confidential. The only situation where we would fail to do this is under a court order.

We may decide to use your website in our portfolio for promotional purposes. If you are against this then please tell us and we will make sure that this does not happen.

Webukdesign has sole copyright ownership over all imagery, text and coding found on www.webukdesign.com. We reserve all copyright related rights to this material. © Webukdesign 2006-2007.

The only exception to this is the images displayed in the portfolio of past projects. This imagery is used under the permission of the owners.
